Terms: Once booked (either online or by telephone/in-studio, or via post), our classes are strictly non refundable. However, if a medical situation prevents you from starting your course we will endeavour to allocate you a replacement or alternative sessions (subject to a £5 administration fee). Please note we cannot give credits for sessions missed during the duration of your course. Written confirmations will only be issued for new-starters and not for renewal mums who already know the drill! In the event your booking is made in store/studio, you will be issued a debit receipt as your proof of booking.
