Yoga Dadda™ (for Dads and Grandads)
Enjoy a session just for daddy and baby. Small groups of 8-12 dads come together to learn soft stretches, yoga based play and infant massage routines to soothe and stimulate baby. These classes are suitable for babies age 6 weeks through to crawling.

My First Massage™ with Daddy
The ideal time out for mum! Send daddy or grandad along to this 1hour30min Saturday session, to learn a full body oily massage for baby and a variety of calming techniques! Best suited for babies age 3 weeks to 16 weeks.

YogaBubba™ Rising 1's with Daddy & Mummy
Due to parent demand, we are pleased to offer a Saturday Rising 1's session for our working mums and of course dads too! Rising 1's is the natural 'in-between' stage once your baby is too active for baby yoga but not ready for toddler yoga.
Enjoy all the fun of old favourties but with some more robust movements and sample the kind of routines baby will enjoy once they progress to YogaTots™
These sessions will initially run once a month but may increase in frequency subject to demand.

YogaTots™ with Daddy
All the fun of YogaTots™ with the boundless energy of Daddy thrown into the mix! Mum deserves a morning off and daddy deserves to see just how clever his little tot is. A 45 minute Saturday session which allows daddy to understand just how their little one learns to move and groove! Aimed at toddlers age mobile-24months.
