YOGA- BUBBA™: Baby Yoga
and Gym
For
centuries Indian mothers have stimulated and soothed baby with yoga inspired
movements and holds and we bring this portfolio of holds and stretches to you,
to help aid your baby’s physical and mental development. In addition to encouraging your baby to their
next developmental milestone, this weekly class is also helpful for colic/wind,
sleep issues and a range of birth related issues. Overall this is a completely
unique and all embracing session combining infant yoga, visual and auditory
sensory activities, music and relaxation in a way no other class does!
- Best suited from
10/12 weeks through to around 7/8 months (crawling)
- Baby lead – You feed,
cuddle and change baby when you need to
- Inclusive of dry
massage, traditional and unique Indian stretches
- Utilises our unique sensory
equipment to develop auditory and visual skills too.
KEY
MOMENTS: Listen Listen – mums are amazed
at how even the youngest baby interacts to this auditory exercise. Upside Down baby – yes inverting your baby is
fun as well as hugely beneficial for health!

friends (perhaps an NCT group) you would like to enjoy a class with, why not
request a PRIVATE Baby Yoga COURSE (for 3-10 people).

Stretch, Relax and Play

The ideal progression once your busy
little one becomes too busy for baby yoga. A 'pay as you go' sensory yoga class. This is an organic class which
grows with your child and is a time to enjoy two hours of music, song,
yoga and relaxation.
Members Meet & Greets
Exclusively for members, these sessions allow
you to enjoy a cuppa in our sensory room, whilst mixing
with like minded mums, picking the brains of visiting experts and enjoying a relaxation and ‘star’ activity. Mums unable to join our Ipswich Members
club, can still benefit from our ‘virtual members area’ with a one off subscription
to our web site.
