The ideal progression once your busy little one becomes too busy for baby yoga. A 'pay as you go' sensory yoga class, this is an organic class which grows with your child and is a time to enjoy two hours of music, song, yoga and relaxation.
Yoga Tots - Rising 5's
A 30 minute story based class allowing 4-5 year olds to experience a love of movement, yoga postures and relaxation whilst being carried away on a journey of the imagination. Class lead by fully qualified primary school teacher and yoga trained session leader. Mummies are welcome to stay and enjoy a cuppa!
