Yoga Tots™
The ideal progression once your busy little one becomes too busy for baby yoga. A 6 week block of interactive, fun and yoga inspired movements and relaxations ideal for tots mobile-2years and 2-3years. Classes include stretching, movement, stop and go skills, copy-time, traditional yoga postures, percussion skills & relaxation time. These sessions are unlike any other tots group with our star qualities being

We are developmentally appropriate,
Led by trained Lazy Daisy teachers with background qualifications in infant massage & yoga,
45 minute sessions and believe us, we keep them busy for all 45 minutes!
Mums get to join in and enjoy some 'fun' exercise too,
See your tot learn cobra, tadasana, handstand, trikonasana .....
You will make friends and meet likeminded people whilst enjoying quality time interacting with your tot,

Stretching Imaginations™ Programme (for preschoolers and key stage 1)
