This class will help you strengthen and prepare for the next chapter! Best suited to mums 6 weeks postnatal through to 6mths postnatal.
Lazy Daisy 'Back to Body': A more intense postnatal class for mums 6months postnatal through to 24 months postnatal and keen to regain their pre-pregnancy profile.
Lazy Daisy Next Step Consultation: A one to one with a professional fitness and body works therapist, specifically trained in post natal needs. This one to one will provide you with a bespoke programme to help you regain your strength and shape, working to your own level and ability and can even include a massage based treatment too.
