YogaTots and in-schools Training
The ideal CPD course for teachers already qualified in baby massage or baby yoga, enabling you to keep your clients for longer! We can also accept mums, nursery nurses and primary teachers onto this course (subject to further study and assessment).
The mobile-2 and 2-3age group is a challenging one and as such, there are very little activities out there for this group of children. The rewards are huge if you can get the class format right and we believe after 5 years of teaching and countless happy mums, we have done just that. In addition movement, yoga, relaxation and massage work so well with children in early years education/foundation classes and can complement the curriculum ticking all five 'Every Child Matters' objectives.
Our younger group enjoy the art of copying, mimicking, action, stop and go and even relaxation. Our older ones enjoy the calm of imagination relaxation, stretching and peer to peer massage games.
A 2day CPD leading to a certificate of attendance (recognized by IPTI under treatment number 36). Candidates with no previous child massage/yoga qualification will need to complete our home study and assessment in order to be able to access their IPTI insurance and run their classes.
Total cost £475 inclusive of your first year's license/media pack/web listing. Deposit payable £175 with balance due in March 2010. Please ensure you telephone the office to submit your application and check opportunities in your area, before paying your deposit and booking your space!
