Welcome to our Training School Pages. With a team of 15 strong teachers (Autumn 2009) across the East of England, we are fast becoming the premier provider of holistic birth and parenting education. We welcome new teachers and run approved courses in: Infant Massage Teaching Diploma (approved by IPTI) Lazy Daisy Birthing™ Antenatal Teacher Training (approved and registered with FEDANT) Pregnancy Massage Training CPD (approved by IPTI and FEDANT) Lazy Daisy YogaBubba™ (Baby Yoga) Training (approved by IPTI) YogaTots ™ Toddler to 6 Movement & Massage Programme (approved by IPTI) Our courses are all of the highest quality, backed by suitable PI/PL insurance and more importantly ALL include Anatomy & Physiology modules - we believe all teachers need this background knowledge to be successful, competent and trusted by parents. Training does involve study days in Ipswich (which is easy reach from London Liverpool Street) and we can help you arrange convenient and low cost accommodation. All courses also involve a portfolio of assessment work, to be compiled over a number of months ready for your final assessments. Teaching mums and babies is a wonderful vocation and also a very viable one in current times, when local NHS and PCT are often strapped for cash and having to cut back on their services. There are so many parents too who value 'private practise' services and need a little extra nurturing.
