Formed in 2004 & now based throughout England, we are a friendly, tried, tested & unique Active Birthing, Relaxation & Baby Class provider . We offer our own highly successful birth preparation programme, Daisy Birthing™, which combines pregnancy movement, active birthing & self hypnosis for confident birthing. In addition our postnatal programme, gives you the opportunity to enjoy a full portfolio of baby & toddler classes, postnatal support & get-togethers all based around infant massage, baby yoga, baby signing & unique baby sensory/movement techniques. Our mantra 'Active Birth and Active Babies!'
Our head office Lazy Daisy (East Anglian Birthing Centre) runs sessions in Ipswich and Bedford. For visitors outside of these areas we have a growing network of teachers in Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex, Herts, Sussex and even into Lancashire! Lazy Daisy is also a Teacher Training Centre for teachers wishing to specialize in services to pregnant & new mums. (Approved by Federation of Antenatal Education (Fedant) May 2009 Reg Number 11980).
